Open
Studio Hours: Drop in any time between 10am and 1pm Monday through
Friday. The hourly fee includes all of the basic supplies such as
paint, paper, glue, collage materials, fabric and all of our recyclables.

Kids Yoga (5-12 years) : Unwind after school and learn proper
postures, meditation and relaxation techniques from experienced
and friendly yoga teacher, Nirbhe. Bring a small blanket or towel
and pillow. Drop-ins are welcome!
Glass Fusing: Taught
by glass artist Suzanne of Blossom Hill Studios in Riverside, students
will learn how to design their own glass creations and prepare them
for kiln fusing.

Mixed
Media ATC (Artist Trading Cards):
This
workshop is a super fun opportunity for parents and their kids to
experiment with mixed media elements to come up with truly one-of-a-kind
cards to keep or trade with friends! Mixed Media artist-extraordinaire,
Laura Ryan, will guide you through the many processes and techniques
in this truly unique workshop.

Mixed
Media/Collage Workshop: This
workshop is all about developing creativity using mixed media collage.
Based on the composition of an abstract design, a variety of techniques
to create texture will be explored as students learn to incorporate
a variety of acrylic paints, inks, and recycled materials for collage
to create a treasured piece artwork.

Metalsmithing Jewelry Workshop: Learn
basic metalsmithing techniques using the micro torch and other tools
to create beautiful pieces of jewelry out of different metal components
such as silver, copper and brass. Lots of fun! Costs will vary depending
on project.

Origami 101: Led by origami artist, Lance Yang, kids will learn
how to turn ordinary paper into works of art.

Parents/Kids Night Out: This will give parents some alone time
while kids have fun working on a special art project. Offered the
2nd Friday of every month.
Creative
Family Nights: A Family that Creates Together - Stays Together!
A fun and family-friendly project will be offered once a month for
families to create together and take home a wonderful piece of art
that they can be proud of.

Reuse/Recycle
Art Saturdays: Learn how to reuse, reduce and recycle everyday
things that we throw away into colorful, fun projects. Students
will receive an educational overview of the materials used in this
workshop. Every Saturday.
Sewing
101: This class introduces beginners to the basics of sewing:
using the sewing machine, understanding the pattern, sewing terms,
cutting, marking, current construction methods, pressing, and using
tools and notions. Sessions consist of a lecture-demonstration,
with workshop time and individual instruction.

Knitting
101: The basics- learn how to knit, purl, cast on, bind off,
as well as, some simple stitch patterns and shaping.
